From the very beginning of its operations IPF was active on the Polish market as a supplier of temporary staffing and personnel consultancy services. Our first clients were companies from the Wielkopolska region looking for blue collar workers. Soon IPF widened the client portfolio by including companies from the food industry, metallurgical industry, and wood and furniture industry. In the years 2013-2014, thanks to our dynamic growth, we doubled our worth and have been constantly investing in further development.

IPF was one of the first agencies to pursue the option of employing foreigners.

Currently, to our client employers we offer staff from the Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, and Moldova.

Foreigners who decide to come and work in Poland are offered stable employment conditions in compliance with binding legal regulations, accommodation, assistance in going through the necessary formalities; however, first and foremost, they can count on support from our co-ordinators and on timely payment.

Our client employers, on the other hand, may count on reliable, proven and motivated employees.
