The analysis of the needs and the business model. We begin the recruitment process according to the guidelines received from the Client.
We select candidates that most closely match the created profile. We recruit candidates in Poland office.
We check competencies and motivation for work. We talk to candidates personally, also via Skype.
We prepare welding samples, update certificates, provide video-CVs of our candidates if requested by the Client.
We submit candidate profiles with recommendations.
We initiate the administrative procedure connected with legal stay and employment of a foreigner in Poland or Netherlands. The Client is kept informed about the progress.
Workers are assisted by a bilingual coordinator, who helps them in all matters connected with accommodation and work organization.
Our HR and Payroll team makes sure that the employment process is smooth and correct from the beginning to the end of the employment contract. Remuneration is always paid on time and employees have immediate access to their payment slips.
