In our offices located in Poznań and Paris we employ marketers, recruiters, project handling specialists and regional co-ordinators. Currently we have several dozen specialists working in administrative, accounting and HR departments of IPF GROUP S.A. Every day our staff members take care of persons who have already found jobs as well as recruit and provide services to new candidates. We at IPF are passionate about HR, and are known for our friendly attitude and knowledge of foreign languages, indispensable in our transnational activities.

We help Polish job seekers find employment abroad, mainly in France and Germany.

Since the moment when IPF Group entered the foreign temporary work market, we have been observing a steadily growing interest in employing Polish physical workers among our clients from abroad, e.g. France, Germany or Netherlands. Foreign employers appreciate Polish professionalism, experience and willingness to work. For several years IPF Group has been sending interested workers from Poland to other European countries, providing them with necessary support both prior to their deployment and during their stay abroad.

IPF GROUP also assists foreigners from the countries east of Poland who wish to work for Polish employers.

Since 2011, Ukrainian workers have been an answer to labour shortage problems experienced by Polish and Netherlands employers. The surging interest in the workforce from the Ukraine can be seen at IPF Group, as every year we employ more and more Ukrainian nationals. We offer them full support in finding suitable jobs and also handle all the necessary formalities. Our Ukrainian employees most often find work in the food industry, the wood trade, or in the industrial sector.

Since 2019, we also began to intensively operate on the Dutch market. In the same year, we sent the first temporary workers to work for our Dutch clients from industries such as industry, food production and horticulture.

In view of our ambitious plans of dynamic organic growth in France and in Poland, as well as our acquisition plans, at the beginning of 2016 IPF Group concluded an investment agreement with Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. whereby the Bank became out minority shareholder.
