REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE PROVISION OF SERVICES
VIA ELECTRONIC MEANS OF COMMUNICATION

I. General provisions
- The Regulations specify the type, scope and conditions for provision of services via electronic means of communication of IPF Group S.A. with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Piekary 7, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Poznań-Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000597377, Tax ID No. (NIP): 781-192-18-03, phones: +48 571 445 381, +48 504 402 991 or +48 61 847 40 66; e-mail: biuro@ipf.jobs, website: www.ipf.jobs.
- The terms used in the Regulations shall have the following meaning:
- IPF GROUP – the company IPF Group S.A. with its registered office in Poznań,

- Act on provision of services via electronic means of communication – the act on provision of services via electronic means of communication of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
- Portal – the website of IPF GROUP, available at: www.ipf.jobs/.
- Provision of services via electronic means of communication – realisation of a service rendered without simultaneous presence of parties (remote), through transfer of data at an individual request of the service user, sent and received by means of devices for electronic processing, together with digital compression, and for storage of data, which is broadcast, received or transmitted as a whole by means of telecommunications network within the meaning of the Telecommunications Law.
- ICT system – a system of cooperating IT devices and software, ensuring processing and storing as well as sending and receiving data by means of telecommunication networks through telecommunications terminal equipment proper a particular type of network within the meaning of the Telecommunications Law.
- Means of electronic communication – technical solutions, including ICT devices and software tools coopering with them, enabling individual distance communication with the use of data transmission between ICT systems, and in particular electronic mail.
- Service or Services – services rendered via electronic means of communication by IPF GROUP as described in part II of the present Regulations.
- Service Provider – IPF GROUP.
- Service User – an entity benefiting from the services of IPF GROUP, being a natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality, obliged to observe the present Regulations.
- IPF GROUP – the company IPF Group S.A. with its registered office in Poznań,
- The Service Agreement is concluded at the time when the Service User enters in the web browser a relevant address of websites containing the contents made available within the Services or when the Service User is redirected to such websites of the Portal.
- Starting to use any of the Services is tantamount to full acceptance of the terms and conditions of the present Regulations by the Service User, without the need to conclude a separate agreement.
- The Service Provider ensures operation of its ICT system in such a manner the Service User may withdraw from using the Service free of charge.
II. Services covered by the Regulations
- The present Regulations applies to the following services rendered via electronic means of communication by IPF GROUP::
- Newsletter – the Service consisting in sending messages regarding current events connected with the operations of IPF GROUP and the companies of the IPF Group, in particular job offers, by means of electronic mail to the Service User who subscribed for the service, through the mailing platform. The service is available free of charge for all users of the Internet. The registration form is available on the Portal in the tab “Notifications”. The Service User may resign from the Newsletter at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in each e-mail sent to the Service User with the contents of the Newsletter. By submitting an order for the Newsletter, the Service User consents to receive the information included in the Newsletter, also if it contains commercial information.
- Publication of announcements – the Service consisting in making available to the Service User through the Portal and free of charge, the contents of up-to-date job offers by the companies of the IPF GROUP. The Service is available on the Portal in the tab “Job offers”.
- On-line recruitment system – The Service consisting in making the interactive form for recruitment process registration available to the Service User free of charge. The Service is available through the Portal in the tab “+ Add your CV”. Through the form the Service User sends its contact details and an electronic file containing the CV.
- The Service Provider informs that use of the services rendered via electronic means of communication may involve risks. Possible threats connected with the use of those Services as well as technical means available to the Service Users in order to minimise them have been described in the “Information on special threats connected with the use by the users of the services provided via electronic means of communication by IPF GROUP”, which constitutes an Appendix to the Regulations.
- Current information on the function and purpose of software or data which does not constitute the contents of the Service, entered in the ICT system used by the Service User (cookie files), is included in the “Privacy Policy”, published on the Portal.
- Upon each request of the Service User sent to the following e-mail: biuro@ipf.jobs, the Service Provider undertakes to:
- send the current information on individual threats connected with the use of the Service;
- inform the Service User on the function and purpose of the software or data which does not constitute the contents of the Service, entered by the Service Provider to the ICT system used by the Service User.
III. Terms and conditions of performance of the Services
- In order to use the Service the Service User should comply with the following technical requirements, necessary for cooperation with the ICT system of the Service Provider:
- access to to the Internet;
- possession of an e-mail account;
- possession of a web browser: Internet Explorer version 5.5 and higher or Opera version 7.x and higher or Firefox version 1.x and higher or Google Chrome version 5.0 and higher or Safari 5 or higher, accepting theCookies;
- possession of a software enabling generation of electronic files in the following formats: jpg, .doc, .odf, .pdf, lub .zip,with a maximum size of 15 MB.
- The Service User is obliged to observe the prohibition of abuse of the electronic means of communication and provision of illegal contents by or to the ICT systems of IPF GROUP.
- In cases affecting the security or stability of the ICT system of the Service Provider, it shall be entitled to cease or limit the provision of the Services, without a prior notification, and to perform maintenance works aiming at restoration of security and stability of the ICT system.
- IPF GROUP shall not be liable for brakes in provision of the Services resulting from failure or faulty operation of the ICT system beyond the control of IPF GROUP.
- Regardless of the above, IPF GROUP shall be entitled to cease the provision of the Services at any time if such justified request is reported to it by the Internet provider or any other authorised entity. IPF GROUP shall not be liable for damages caused by faulty operation of the transmission system, including failures of the hardware, delays and disruptions of information transmission.
- IPF GROUP reserves the right to cease the provision of the Services if the Service User violates the Regulations, applicable law or generally applicable social and moral standards.
IV. Complaint procedure
- Complaints regarding the provided Services may be sent by the Service User to the following e-mail: biuro@ipf.jobs or in writing – to the address of the registered office of IPF GROUP.
- A complaint should be filed not later than within 7 (seven) days of the date on which the cause of complaint occurred.
- Each complaint should contain a short description of the problem constituting the grounds for the complaint, date and time of its occurrence and designation of the Service User (including the first and last name, correspondence address and e-mail address).
- The Service Provider shall immediately inform the person filing the complaint on the result of consideration of such complaint, however not later than within 30 days of the date of its receipt, via e-mail to the address indicated in the complaint notification or in writing if the Service User files such a request.
- The complaints which do not contain the data referred to in clause 3 above or which have been filed after the lapse of the deadline referred to in clause 2 of this paragraph shall not be considered.
V. Personal data of the Service User
- 1. The Service Provider informs that for the purpose of provision of the Service it is necessary that the Service User provides its personal data indicated in the forms ascribed to individual Services, in particular first and last name, e-mail address, place of residence, post code, phone number./li>
- 2. The rules for processing personal data in the ICT systems of IPF GROUP have been specified in the Privacy Policy published on the Portal.
VI. Intellectual property rights
- Any rights to the contents published on the Portal and constituting the Service shall be vested with the Service Provider or third parties who consented to their distribution by IPG Group under the terms and conditions specified in the Regulations.
- The User shall be authorise to use the contents published on the Portal and constituting the Services exclusively under the terms and conditions specified in the Regulations and only for personal purposes.
- The contents such as: text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, video, data files, presentations, programs and any other data presented at the website of IPF Group may not be reproduced or distributed in any form and in any manner without a prior consent of IPF Group.
VII. Final provisions
- The present Regulations shall be effective as of 11.04.2018.
- The Appendix – Information on special threats connected with the use by the Service Users of the services provided via electronic means of communication by IPF GROUP.
- The content of the Regulations may be retained by the Service User by means of printing, recording on a carrier or downloading at any time from the Portal.
- IPF GROUP shall retain the right to amend the contents of the Regulations at any time. Any amendments shall be published on the Portal and shall be valid as of the date of their publication.
